Preventing potholes and "alligator cracked" areas is easy when you put your pavement on a regular program of crack maintenance.
Dollar for dollar, nothing pays you back more than keeping water, ice and debris from entering the sub-base of your pavement where it can cause the most damage. To prevent this, you need to repair any open cracks yearly.
We use only quality cold and hot pour crack sealants. Cold pour sealant is generally acceptable and more economical for residential use while most commercial applications require a hot applied, single component rubberized crack sealant.
